CREDITOR REPRESENTATION
When a bankruptcy is filed, a creditor cannot (with few exceptions) proceed to do anything to collect a debt or recover property from the debtor. To protect one's rights to payment or to recover property in the possession of the debtor, it is advisable to consult with an attorney experienced in such matters.
